The new season got off to a successful start with the FB2Experiences at the end of March.
Several participants completed the final practical week with a final exam for the IC License FB2 (International License for Driving Area 2) in one week each.
The training for the FB2 sailing license has several aspects related to leadership:
Taking responsibility: Sailing training teaches you to take responsibility for the boat, the crew, and the safety of everyone on board. This responsibility is a central element of leadership.
Teamwork: Sailing is often a team activity that requires coordination and cooperation. A good skipper must be able to lead the crew, delegate tasks, and ensure everyone is on the same page.
Communication: Effective communication is a key factor in leadership. During training, sailors learn the importance of clear instructions and feedback for sailing safely and effectively.
Decision-making: Sailing often requires quick decisions, especially in rapidly changing weather conditions. Leadership requires the ability to think under pressure and make informed decisions.
Problem-solving: Leadership also involves the ability to identify problems and find effective solutions. In sailing, this might include navigating difficult waters or responding to technical problems on the boat.
Mentoring: Experienced sailors often take on a mentoring role for new sailors. This ability to guide and support others is an important aspect of leadership.

In summary, the FB2 sailing license training promotes various skills associated with leadership, particularly in terms of responsibility, teamwork,
Communication and decision-making. These skills are not only important in sailing
important, but also in many other areas of life and professions.
