Our team of qualified skippers has many years of business coaching experience at management level in dealing with corporate governance and reorganizations, agile transformations, executive coaching and agile scrum teams.

Robert has worked successfully at management level in large Austrian and international companies for three decades. He has experienced, managed, restructured and accompanied two mergers in corporate organizations.

Markus Kovar

Day skipper & Agile Coach

Markus has many years of experience in the agile transformation of large international corporations. He is a certified Scrum Master and has experience in coaching Scrum Teams (Scrum, Kanban) on a scaled level (Scrum@Scale, SAFe).

Markus is a qualified day skipper and discovered his passion for sailing during family vacations in Croatia.
